Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar with the mother
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon Ceylon preferred
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 cup warm filtered water not boiling
  • 1 tsp honey or stevia optional, to taste
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
  • 1 tsp green tea powder or moringa optional

Instructions
 

  • Warm the filtered water until hot but not boiling.
  • In a glass, combine apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, ginger, cayenne, turmeric, and cinnamon.
  • Pour in the warm water and stir thoroughly.
  • Add honey or stevia if desired, for taste.
  • Add optional chia seeds and green tea powder, and let sit for 5–10 minutes.
  • Consume on an empty stomach, ideally in the morning before meals.

For stronger detox benefits, use freshly grated ginger and organic lemon juice. You may blend with ice for a refreshing summer version. Avoid consuming with heavy meals.
